Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-80 years outpatient scheduled colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Age<20 or>80 / cognitive disorder / Inflammatory bowel disease patients - Bowel surgery - Comorbidity disorder (ascites, heart failure or ishemic heart disease, renal insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension) - Drug user (e.g., constipating drugs, laxatives, anti-diarrheas) - Inflammatory bowel disease - Pregnancy - Severe constipation (< 3 bowel movements/week)
