To evaluate skin anti-wrinkle effect on human skin twenty female subjects who defined as Soyangin with wrinkle grade participated in this study. Skin wrinkle on crow's feet was evaluated by cisual grading and wrinkle analysis using skin replica before treatment, at 4, 8, 12 weeks after treatment. Also self-questionnaires concerning efficacy and usability of the test product were perforemed by subjects. All obtained data was statistically analyzed by SPSS software.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. 30~65 aged healthy females who have wrinkle on crow's feet ii. Subject who not having acute or chronic sickness including skin disorder iii. Subject who signed a consent voluntarily after checking the purpose and the protocol of the study iv. Cooperative and available for follow-up during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Pregnant, nursing condition or planning to become pregnant within six months ii. Use of immune-suppression with steroid for treatment of skin disorder within one month iii. Participation in a previous study without an appropriate intercening period (six months) between studies. iv. Sensitivity or hypersensitivity skin v. Acne, spot, sunburn, tattoos, scars or other disfiguration on the test site or around the test site, vi. Use of similar treatment during the previous three months. vii. Having an experience on examination site (skin decortications, botox and other skin treatment) viii. Chronic disease (diabetes, asthma, high blood-pressure) ix. Any difficult which may interfere with the aim of the study as the judgment of the investigator.
