Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. newly diagnosed elderly acute myeloid leukemia (Age >= 60 years) 2. candidates who will be treated with intensive chemotherapy or low-intensity chemotherapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects who are not able to receive chemotherapy due to uncontrolled infection and/or hemorrhage at diagnosis
