Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients undergoing elective surgery with general anesthesia at Kyung Hee University Hospital in Seoul 2) Age of =19 and <65 years old patients 3) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status(PS) I,II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who disagree with participating in this study 2) Patients who have habitual abuse history in hypnotics, sedatives, etc. 3) Anemia or hematocrit < 24% 4) History of uncontrolled hypertension (systolic BP = 160 mmHg) 5) Preinduction systolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg 6) Preinduction heart rate =100 or = 45 beats/min 7) History of uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus(DM) (long lasting blood glucose over 200 mg/dL) 8) Pregnant women
