Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses who has worked at university hospitals in Busan, South Korea, for over 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who has worked for less than 6 months 2. Nurses who received communication training within a year.
