Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - over the age of 20 - rotator cuff tear (size: 2~5cm) - a written consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Rotator cuff tears measuring less than 2cm, more than 5 cm - Subscapularis tendon disruptions ( more than 1/2 width) - Revision surgery - Inflammatory or autoimmune diseases - Evidence of active infection, Cancer, Highly communicable diseases - Uncooperative patient or unwilling to follow directions
