Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: people who have airflow limitation - airflow limitation is defined Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second(FEV1)/Forced Vital Capacity(FVC)<0.7, Post-bronchodilator

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tuberculous destroyed lung 2. Bronchiectasis 3. Pneumonectomy 4. Subjects whose life expectancy is no more than a year due to other diseases like cancers, heart failure. 5. Subjects who have had respiratory disease, COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseses) exacerbation or common cold in recent 8 weeks
