Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than 25years =8 in Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale-Depression or = 4 in Distress Thermometer Inpatient or outpatients of Pulmonary department in Chonnam Nationa University Hwasun Hospital Newly diagnosed inperable lung cancer, within 3 months Use Korean language can Understand purpose of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia or major cognitive impairment conditions Acute suicidal risk or Acute psychotic symptoms Known psychotic disorders Acute massive hemorrhage within 1weeks Platelet count less than 130,000 QTc prolonged more than 500msec Severe renal function impairment (Creatinin Clearance (CLCR) < 30ml/min) Taking Antidepressant in enrollment period Untreated or remnant another primary cancer than lung cancer
