Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients who performed a unilateral shoulder surgery under general anesthesia with interscalene brachial plexus block -ASA physical status I,II,III -Age>18years, adult

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -ASA IV or V patients -Age<18years or pediatric patients - pregnancy - patients who have coagulopathy - unstable coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrythmia, cardiomyopathy - patients who known cerebrovascular disease - generalized infection, interscalene brachial plexus block site infection - chronic pain disorder - severe pulmonary disease - known neurologic deficits, neuropathy affecting the brachial plexus - refuse - Allergy to clinical trial drug - past medical history of psychiatric disease
