Interventions

Medical Device : Each group receives three times of virtual reality training or conventional treatment per week, respectively and receives totally 18 times of treatments within 6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) First stage of stroke from hemorrhagic or cerebral infarction (> 6 months from the accident) 2) Fugl-meyer upper motor score of > 18 3) Ability to understand and follow simple explanations and commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Medical conditions which may affect physical performance or the physical activity may become unsafe 2) Other severe conditions not able to participate in the treatments 2) Cognitive or psychiatric disorders (Korean version of Mini-Mental Status Examination score of < 19)
