Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People who had a health inspection at our center were surveyed. The health inspection included upper and lower endoscopy, a serum blood test (including CA19-9), abdominal sonography (or computed tomography), and a self-reporting questionnaire. - Among the people with elevated CA 19-9 level, the subjects who had performed follow-up study for three years or more was examined. The follow-up study must include the following tests at least once; upper and lower endoscopy, abdominal CT (or sonography), and serum CA 19-9 test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, biliary cancer, stomach canncer, colon cancer 2. Subjects who had been diagnosed with GB (gall bladder) stone, biliary obstructive disease, chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis 3. Subjects who did not properly answer the questionnaires 4. Under the age of 17
