Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? patient group: patients diagnosed with MDS/ AML-MRC (acute myeloid leukemia - myeloid related change) with aggrement of informed consent. ? control group: patient diagnosed with osteoarthritis on femur or tibia which need for surgical osteotomy, and agree on the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In a consecutive screening, patients with suspected MDS.AML-MRC who are finally diagnosed with another disease.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analyze the enrolled subjects of gender, age, and peripheral blood findings (white blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelet count, etc.), chromosomal changes, WHO diagnosis, prognostic risk groups (IPSS, IPSS-R, etc.), treatment and survival outcomes.

Secondary

To identify the possble biomarkers
