Procedure/Surgery : PVB(paraverteebral block) Patients are positioned prone on a fluoroscopic-compatible table. The needle entry point being 2 to 3 cm lateral to the spinous process of zoster involved

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute herpes zoster patients =19 age who affected lumbar to thoracic dermatome within one month after skin rash onset with pain intensity more than 5/10 in numeric rating scale (NRS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <19 years old, patient refusal, more than 1 month after zoster onset, inflammatory sign such as fever =38?, coagulopathies and pregnancy
