Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - July 2016 to August Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism drug-induced parkinsonism patients who visited a present. - January 2015 2-3 also reviewed the medical records of these patients until the end of December 2015 as the target for Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism patients who visited a medical facility by January.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Do not meet the selection criteria or a party who does not have the obligation to record up to Dec 2015 - People are not suitable to understand and accept the agreement - People that are not right for the study at the discretion of the researcher - Do not agree to participate in this study
