Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Liver cirrhosis with Child-Pugh-Turcotte Classification A or B ii. Patients capable of self-walking of 1km distance iii. Patients who has both biceps muscle power more than 3kg iv. Patients with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patient who has high risk of bleeding tendency with esophagogastric varix or who had history of esophagogastric varix bleeding in the past ii. History of Myocardial infarction within 6 weeks iii. Heart failure patients: New York Heart Association classification >= 2 iv. Patient with severe neurologic disease affecting functional problems v. Patients who had fracture or traumatic injury vi. Cancer patients
