Drug : Patients are allocated by block randomization method to the following groups

Subclinical Dose of Esmolol/Trendeleburg group, and saline/Trendelenburg group. Basic monitorings including noninvasive blood pressure and bispectral index (BIS) are applied and basal intraocular pre

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: laparoscopic or robotic colon surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of glaucoma or previous eye surgery 2) history of allergy to study drugs 3) patients of difficult airway 4) hemodynamically unstable patients before surgery
