Behavioral : Put headphones over the patients' ears 10 minutes before the end of the surgery. For patients in the control group, just put the headphone on and do not let any sound get in. For patients

Inclusion criteria: - Minor surgery (expected operation time less than 3 hours)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Eye, ear, head surgery - Developmental delay - Central nervous system or cerebrovascular disease - Hearing disorder - Skull defect - Preoperatively sedated patient - Postopertive intensive care unit care or sedation planned patient
