Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Out-patients = 18 years old with cardiovascular disease who had taken drugs = 2 pills a day for more than one year were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: they had diagnosis of communication disorders, cognitive impairment, or dementia.
