Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forty volunteers were recruited from medical school population. The inclusion criteria were being over 18 years, and being asymptomatic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded the population who have wrist disease, spine disease, and pulmonary/heart disease.
