Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient aged 18 years or older who admitted to Seoul National University Bundang Hospital during the study period and had at least one measurement of serum creatinine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) end stage renal disease with maintenance dialysis 2) admission to devision of nephrology 3) second admission
