Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) healthy male or female aged 35 to 45 years old 2) those who slept between 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. during the recent one week 3) those who slept for 7-8 hours per night during the recent one week 4)) those who had no sleep disorders with 5 or less scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) within the recent one month 5) normal body mass index (BMI) (18.5 to 25 kg/m2) 6) those who were diagnosed with either SY or TE type by specialists in Sasang medicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) 19 or more of Chalder Fatigue Scale (CFS) during the recent one month 2) 40 or more of Visual Analog Scale (VAS) on body pain during the recent one month 3) patients under treatment because of internal, psychiatric or neurological disorders within 6 months 4) pregnant, lactating, or menstruous females 5) people who were smoking or stopped smoking within 3 months. 6) patients with any clinical diseases/symptoms or under treatment which could not complete study process or could affect research results 7) people who participated in any other clinical research within 1 month 8) participants who researchers expected to have low compliances
