Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: papillary thyroid microcarcinoma patients who diagnsed and managed in Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea and confirmed to have no evidence of disease or no progression during follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who can not understand or answer questionnair who have other chronic disease such as other cancer Patients who underwent modified radical neck dissection at initial surgery Patients who presented disease progression during follow-up
