Inclusion criteria: - Gil Hospital nurse - Age : 30 ~ 49 - No diagnose disease - No those taking any medication - Priority : shift work nurses - Voluntary consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If subject had diagnosed disease, they include in the exclusion criteria. - Cardiovascular disease - cerebovascular disease - malignant neoplasma - mental illness - chronic gastrointestinal disorder - arthritis - thyroid gland The disease was diagnosed in health examination. No those taking preion drugs Other clinical trial participants Essential Tremor or tongue monstrosity Pregnant or lactating women
