Procedure/Surgery : All 99 patients, who agree to participate in this study, will be randomly assigned one of three groups by using random numbers table: (1) Group without transversus abdominis plane

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia with American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification I or II, between 20 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Patients who do not sign a written informed consent B. Patients with an allergy to local anesthetics C. Patiens with infection at the injection site D. Patients who has caogulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency E. Patients with renal function abnormality or hepatic function abnormality
