Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently living in the community and does not plan to migrate within one year only 70 years for men and women under 84 years of age some people without significant cognitive disabilities who can reveal his intention clear Written consent agreement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have difficulty clearly reveal their opinion People who can not follow or comply with study requirements and who are deemed unsuitable
