Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : Patients were randomly allocated to two seperated groups ( R or C ) in the OR using a computer generated random number table. Ultrasono-guided Quatratus lumborum block is performed
ropivacain and pateints in C group injected with 25ml of normal saline. This was done by unilaterally. The injection drug is prepared by a nurse who dose not participated in this study and anestheio

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We recruit colorectal cancer patients who aged 20-75 year-old and are scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic colectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have a history of allergy to fentanyl, drug use disorder, chronic pain syndrome, sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulomonary disorder and those who taking analgesics within 24h before surgery are excluded from this study.
