Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the subject who need to undergo colonoscopic examination for resection of colorectal cancer 2. the subject who signed on the informed consent of this study 3. the case that the lesion can be diagnosed by the endoscopic or surgical resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the subject to refuse to be enrolled to this study 2. the subject not to be able to get consious sedation due to severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction 3. the subject to uncontrolled bleeding tendency 4. colorectal cancer with lymph node metastases 5. any cases with contraindication of endoscopic procedure
