Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia with American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification I or II, between 20 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Patients who do not sign a written informed consent B. Patients who receving medication known to infulence neuromuscular function such as furosemide, magnesium or cephalosporin C. Patients with neuromuscular disease, renal function abnormality, hepatic function abnormality. D. Patients with convulsive disorder, mental disorder or above moderate cardiovascular diseases E. Patients who took anticonvulsants, antidepressant or other analgesics F. Patients with glaucoma and with or at risk of urinary retention G. expected difficult mask ventilation or intubation H. Patients with an allergy to study drug I. pregnant , breastfeeding women, or women who Will be getting pregnant J. Aged under 20 or over 65 years
