Inclusion criteria: EMTs (Level 1 Certificate holder)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.EMTs (Level 1 Certificate non-holder) 2.Any persons who have cardiovascular and neurological disorders. 3. Pregnant women. 4.Any person who has muscloskelectal diseases on any part of body including both arms and both legs.
