Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 18-65 who had been classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 and 2, were scheduled for laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy at our hospital, and had requested IV-PCA after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of bleeding tendencies, hepatitis and renal failure, those with habitual sedative or other drug use, those with mental diseases, and those not suitable for IV-PCA, were excluded from the study.
