Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : Induction of general anesthesia using propofol. In the experimental group (Arm2), leg wrapping with elastic band and leg elevation. Neither wrapping nor elevation of legs are done

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia with American Society of Anesthesiologist's physical status ?(no systemic disease)-? (controlled systemic disease), aged 20-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe cardiac/pulmonary/liver/renal disease, body mass index > 30 kg/m2, antihypertensive medication, uncontrolled hypertension, risk of hypersensitiity to propofol,allergic to the study durgs, patients whose legs cannot be wrapped (leg injury, leg prosthesis, ect.), patients wearing elastic stocking
