Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 70~85 years old, - the pre-frail or frail elderly by Cardiovascular Health Study (CHS) criteria - the malnourished or at risk of malnutrition elderly by the Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Participants with comorbidities such as kidney and liver failure - Participants participating in another clinical trial - Participants with deteriorated physical function - Participants unable to communicate.
