Interventions

Drug : apply 10% lidocaine spray to the anterior and posterior aspect of I-gel in the lidocaine group apply normal saline to the anterior and posterior aspect of I-gel in the control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients (20-60 yr) scheduled for forearm operation expected to be finished in 90 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with upper airway tract infection in 3 weeks abnormal airway body mass index >30 allergy to lidocaine gastroesophageal reflux
