Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Men and women less than 45 years old over 35 years old. ? The one who complained of neck pain that lasts longer than four weeks, or recur repeatedly. ? The one who have neck pain mean intensity least NRS(Numerical Rating Scale) 3 during recent week. ? White-collar workers on their computer more than 20 hours a week ? The one who got least 14 points in the Mibyeong questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Person who is diagnosed with cervical trauma or temperament disorders (Severe spinal disease(ex, Ankylosing Spondylitis), Infectious Diseases, Vertebral fractures, Spinal cord disorder, Acute cervical disc herniation during last three months, tumor, Autoimmune diseases, Scourge corruption during last one year, Spine Surgery) ? Person who have weakness or paresthesia on upper limb. ? Person who received medical or korean medical treatment for neck pain in recent one month. ? Pregnant women, nursing mothers and people who are planning pregnancy within 6 months. ? Person who is expected to change the working environment in clinical trial progress ? Person who is taking medication that may affect the clinical studies, or clinical personnel has determined not appropriate person.
