Others(Local cold application) : Cold gel pack (14X30X2?) for the experimental group and ice pack (same size as cold gel pack) for the control group will applied on the right axillar for 30 minutes. C

Inclusion criteria: Over 20 years old Have no disease that is needed treatment.

Exclusion criteria: Vascular acting medication Cold allergy Psychiatric disease or cognitive impairment
