Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 34-45 ? Chalder Fatigue Scale over 15points ? Mibyung Scale over 14points ? Careerman

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? sleep disorder ? depression over 5 years ? having a fatal history ? having a mental illness ? having a medicine history for example antihypertensive, antidepressants,narcotic,antihistaminic ? no fatigue in questionnarie test ? have treated within a month by medicine or oriental medicine ? pregnant ? night duty ? etc
