Drug : All of enrolled patients will be randomly allocated into 2 groups

remifentanil-propofol group (group RP) or sufentanil-propofol group (group SP) under the total intravenous anesthesia using a random number table, which is obtained by a computer program. In group RP,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will schedule the elective surgery under the intravenous anesthesia, are I, II of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Patients in this study do not agree B. Neuromuscular diseases, renal failure, liver dysfunction, abnormal thyroid function C. Patients with severe respiratory suppression D. Patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitor, or within 2 weeks after discontinuation E. Acute alcohol poisoning F. Patients with brain lesions G. Patients who are allergic to the study medications H. Pregnant and breastfeeding patients I. Under the age of 20, more than 66-year-old patient
