Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult (15 years or older ) patients 2) Fever (=38 degree centigrade) calculated by tympanic temperature 3) Patients who shows hemophagocytosis in bone marrow sample (also satisfying 1) and 2) above) 4) Patients who shows cytopenias at least 2 lineages (also satisfying 1) and 2) above)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1) Patients who were treated with intensive chemotherapy within 3 months before screening 2) Patients who were already diagnosed as immune thrombocytopenic purpura before 3) Patients who were alreadydiagnosed as autoimmune hemolytic anemia or chronic anemia before 4) Patients who were previously diagnosed as aplastic anemia before

Measuring cytotoxic function of natural killer (NK) cells and the level of NK cell induced interferon gamma, and identification of overall survival according to the levels.
