Procedure/Surgery : Perform the studies in the patient consent to this study. Right colon was limited to the cecum, ascending colon, which will then proceed consistently endoscopic examination method

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent a colonoscopy in Gil Medical Center 2. Patients agreed to participate in this study and understand the purpose of the present study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent colorectal resection 2.Inflammatory bowel disease 3.Colonic polyposis syndrome patients 4.Patients who rejected the study participation 5.Patients with poor bowel preparation 6.Patients did not enter an endoscope in cecum
