Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18~75 years old undergoing thoracic surgery, American Society of Anesthesiologists classification: 1~3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: New York Heart Association class > II heart failure, heart block greater than the first degree, arrhythmia, HR <50/min, epidural Patient Controlled Analgesia, chronic pain disease, psychologic disorder, anti-depressant, beta-blocker, anti-arrhythmia drug digoxin, BMI>30, severe liver/kidney dysfunction. hypersensitivity to study drug, drug addiction
