Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years (2) pyutia in urine analysis (3) two symptomes among the frequency, dysuria, urgency, suprapubic discomfort

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) interstitial and radiation cystitis (2) recent cystitis (3) complicated UTI (4) acute urinary retention or clinically siginificant bladder outletoubstruction (residual urine >100 ml) (5) antibiotics or NSAIDs medication due to other disease
