Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Written informed consent be obtained from caregivers 2) Assent from children who are 6 to 15 years of age 3) Asthma patients who are confirmed by methacholine challenge test: PC20(provocativecon centration causing 20% fall in FEV1) < 8 mg/ml or increase FEV1(Forced expiratory volume in 1 second) over 12% after using bronchodilator

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Present sinusitis 2) Present nasal polyp 3) Present otitis media 4) Immotile cilia syndrome 5) Immune compromised patients 6) Severe asthma (FEV1(Forced expiratory volume in 1 second) < 60%) 7) Unable to irrigate nose due to mental retardation or cognition impairment
