Procedure/Surgery : Patients were divided into 3 groups according to the position of the femoral tunnel: During operation, we made each tunnel according to anatomic foot print of anterior cruciate li
group A, femoral tunnel near the anteromedial bundle (AM) position
group B, femoral tunnel near the posterolateral (PL) bundle position
group C, femoral tunnel near the center between the AM and PL bundles.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.primary ACL reconstruction 2. Follow up 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.another ligament operation is needed 2.revision ACL reconstruction 3.severe arthritis 6.over 65 years
