Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ages : older than 19 years. size : larger than 0.5cm with mixed or soild nature which is suspicious of thyroid carcinoma(as ultrasound finding, indeterminate or suspicious malignancy). agreed to study and sign to witten informed consent. not ineligible clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smaller than 0.5cm pure cystic nodule not suspicious of thyroid carcinoma unnecessary needle sampling too hard to sampling bacause of adjacent vessels taken anti-coagulation medicine within a week not agreed to study resampling within 3 months
