Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia 2. patients consented to receive patient contolled analgesia 3. age >= 20 4. Usage of oxycodone or fentanyl as a analgesics of patient conrtrolled analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients without log data of patient controlled analgesia pump 2. patients unable to push bolus button of patient controlled analgesia pump
