Inclusion criteria: The selection criteria for participants were as follows: 1) women over the age of 18, diagnosed with breast cancer 2) Individuals who have no problems using the Internet or a cell phone 3) Individuals who gave their consent after understanding the study objectives,

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were as follows: 1) Individuals with a severe illness that required treatment 2) Individuals who have suffered from cardiovascular disease in the last 6 months 3) Individuals participating in other intervention or clinical trials for other drugs 4) Alcohol or drug addicts
