Interventions

Drug : Ketamin group: ketamine 1mg/kg ivs at induction of anesthesia and 0.5mg/kg/hr during the surgery. Control group: the same amount of normal saline is administered.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 20-65 years, American society of Anesthesiologits physical status 1-2, patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe cardiac/hepatic/renal disease, increased intracranial/ocular pressure, pre-existing severe pain, chronic opioid use, psychiatric disorder, pre-existing hallucination/delirium/dementia, and allergy to study medications, male
