Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age = 65 year - Living in the study area: 3 northwestern districts of Seoul (Mapo-gu, Seodaemun-gu, and Eunpyeong-gu) - Ambulatory person who is able to perform mechanography test - Capable of communication with the research team - Provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The people who live less 8 month a year or plan to move within 2 years.
