Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: dysphagia from a stroke that was confirmed by a videofluoroscopic swallowing study no significant cognitive problem (Mini-Mental Status Examination score>24 maximal tongue pressure < 40kpa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary stroke measurement and exercise were not possible because orofacial muscle strength was at 0 kPa trigeminal neuropathy
