Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Age: 20 years or older. B. Histologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma in vocal cords C. Clinical stage T1-2N0M0 D. Performance status: ECOG 0-2, KPS 50-100 E. Decided to participate in this clinical trial voluntarily, and signed the written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Prior neck radiotherapy B. Palliative aim C. Involved in posterior commissure
